Beacon is the name of the u3a's secure database. All sensitive personal data, names and contact details, are stored there. Click the link below to open the Beacon Portal
Using the Beacon Portal members can:
- View and amend their stored personal information
- See a Calendar of meetings and events viewable by all members
- View the contact details of the various groups
- E-mail yourself a replacement membership card

Committee Meeting Minutes
The committee meets regularly to manage and maintain Wu3a as per the Constitution. We are supported by the The Third Age Trust with educational, administrative support and, direction. We have good links with other local u3as with whom best practice is shared.

Group Leaders / Coordinators
Each Group has a Group Coordinator, they can be contacted by the link on each Group Page. The Group Leaders Area contains information that coordinators may find useful.
We would be delighted to hear from members who would be interested in joining our committee to offer skills to benefit the running of the organisation or to join our sub-committees or form new groups to help our activities grow.
